Live order tracking for SMEs and their factories

Every order. Every stage. One clear view.

Follow each order from your shop to the factories that make it, step by step. Each partner taps one button, and everyone sees the same live status.

  • Nothing to install
  • Two taps per step for factories
  • Thai and English

The problem

Too many orders.
Too many gaps.

When orders, factory updates and delivery notes live in different chats and spreadsheets, nobody can say where an order is without asking around.

With Trackora

One order.
A connected journey.

Every order sits on one board, at the step it has actually reached. The office and every factory see the same thing, live.

How it works

From order to production, step by step.

  1. 01

    The order comes in

Orders arrive from Shopee, TikTok Shop, a CSV file or a quick form. The order receiver checks the spec and sends the request on.

  2. 02

    Lens and body, in parallel

Each factory sees only its own jobs and taps Start, then Done. There is nothing else to learn.

  3. 03

    Assembly opens by itself

As soon as both parts are done, the order appears on the assembly screen. Nobody has to pass it on.

  4. 04

    Ready to ship

The owner marks it shipped. Every step stays in the order's timeline, with who did it and when.

The complete journey

From your business
to your customer.

Trackora doesn't make or deliver anything. It keeps everyone who does looking at the same order.

  1. Your business

Orders come in and are reviewed before anything is made.

    Live today
  2. Factories

Each partner factory updates its own steps from its own screen.

    Live today
  3. Delivery

Courier handover and the tracking number, on the order.

    Coming next
  4. Customer

The order's journey ends when it arrives.

Why it helps

Less guesswork.
More visibility.

01

Follow every order in one place

One board shows each order at the step it has really reached, refreshed every few seconds.

02

Keep every partner aligned

The office, each factory and assembly look at the same live status, so there is less to chase.

03

Spot delays early

Orders waiting or in progress for too long are flagged, and late orders go straight to the top.

  • Two taps per step

Start, then Done. Big buttons made for the factory floor.

  • Needs attention

Late orders, and steps waiting over 24 h or working over 8 h.

  • Full timeline

Who did what, and when, for every order.

  • Undo

Any tap can be undone, as long as later steps haven't moved on.

  • CSV import

Bring in orders exported from your shop, or add one by hand.

  • Spec changes

Cancel and replace an order without losing what happened.

  • Thai and English

Every screen switches language with one tap.

  • Any browser

Works on the PC, tablet or phone a factory already has.

For businesses

Built for the people who actually move orders.

For the business owner

  • See every order without calling around.
  • Know which step is holding things up.
  • Add orders by hand or import a CSV from your shop.
Open the owner board

For factory teams

  • Their own screen, with only their jobs.
  • Big Start and Done buttons, nothing to learn.
  • A mistaken tap can be undone.

First example: custom glasses

Lenses and frames are made by separate factories, then assembled. Any product made in steps by partner factories works the same way.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do factory workers need training?

No. Each factory opens its own screen and taps Start, then Done. A mistaken tap can be undone.

Do we need to install anything?

No. Trackora runs in a web browser on any computer, tablet or phone with internet.

Can it pull orders from Shopee and TikTok Shop?

Today you add orders by hand or import a CSV export. Direct connections to the marketplaces are planned.

Does it track delivery to the customer?

Not yet. Tracking currently ends when the owner marks an order shipped. Courier tracking is next on the roadmap.

Does each partner get its own login?

Not yet. The current version is an open demo, so please don't enter real customer data. Accounts for each business and factory are planned.

Is it only for glasses?

No. Glasses are the first example. Any product made in steps by partner factories fits.

Does it work in Thai?

Yes. Every screen switches between Thai and English.

Bring every order into view.

Give your team and your partner factories one clear way to follow orders, from the first request to the day it ships.
